RETURNS & EXCHANGE

For all orders, including international B2B shipments, our policy is that all sales are final, with the exception of products that are functionally defective or do not match the agreed specifications.

Regarding Customs: The buyer is responsible for all local import clearance, duties, and taxes. In the event that a return occurs due to customs rejection or failure to clear, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. A refund will be issued only for the value of the goods (excluding original shipping fees) once they arrive back at our warehouse in their original, unopened condition
